Big Game Records Club of BC President, Fred Pringle sits down with the guys over at Talk is Sheep to discuss the Club - past, present and future.
Kyle is invited into the man cave of a true legend to talk hunting, conservation and wildlife records with Fred Pringle, President of The Wildlife Records Club of British Columbia. Fred has spent decades harvesting world class animals and his trophy room is next to surreal. Listen closely on this podcast as Fred walks us back in time and shares some of his tales from afield.
We also chat about The Wildlife Records Club of British Columbia, an organization that was formed in Kamloops, B.C., in 1969 with the objective of maintaining a perpetual record of trophy-class big game taken in British Columbia.
Using the Boone and Crockett scoring system, the Club has scorers throughout the province for the convenience of sportsmen. Since 1982, directorship of the Club has been based on Vancouver Island.
Dedicated to wildlife conservation, selective hunting and fair chase, the Club invites the membership of those sportsmen with similar ideals.
